Due West is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 14-day window for returns on eligible full-price items. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form provided via email.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned merchandise, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
